You must not:

• Use the Site to compete with Shake or its services

• Make false reports or misrepresent qualifications

Only certified, paying Shake, By Samantha™ instructors may promote or sell classes via the Site.

 

3. Information You Provide

• All registration info must be accurate and current.

• Keep your password confidential. Notify Shake, By Samantha™if compromised.

• Linking third-party accounts (e.g., social media) is allowed; you control permissions.

• Shake, By Samantha™may access certain social account data for functionality but will respect privacy settings.

 

4. Content You Provide

• User-generated content (forums, feedback) may be seen by other users.

• Shake, By Samantha™may use, combine, or remove your content without payment or notice.

• Users are responsible for compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy.

 

5. Shake, By Samantha™ Content

• Site content (videos, text, graphics) is owned or licensed by Shake, By Samantha.

• Copying, modifying, or commercial use is prohibited unless you are a certified, paying instructor.

• Shake, By Samantha™ tries to keep content accurate but provides no guarantees.

 

6. Third-Party Links

• Shake, By Samantha™ is not responsible for third-party sites, ads, or services.

• Transactions with third-party advertisers are at your own risk.

 

7. Site Management

• Shake, By Samantha™ may monitor the Site, remove content, or restrict access for policy breaches.

• The Site is not guaranteed to be bug or virus-free.

• Users must maintain their own devices and security software.

 

8. Modifications & Availability

10. Term & Termination

• Terms remain in effect while using the Site or Services.

• Users can terminate accounts anytime via email.

• Instructor membership cancellations:

  • Cease use of Shake, By Samantha™ trademarks, content, and music immediately.

  • Classes are removed from the Site.

  • Rejoining within 12 months requires a £150 reinstatement fee.

  • Rejoining after 12 months requires full retraining and new fees.

• Shake, By Samantha™ may terminate access immediately for breaches, with no obligation to refund.

 

11. Mobile Application

• License to use the app is revocable, non-transferable, and limited.

• Users may not reverse engineer, modify, or use the app commercially.

• Apple/Google app distributor terms also apply.

• Users must comply with local laws and third-party agreements.

 

12. General

• Using the Site constitutes electronic consent to receive communications and training materials.

• Terms & supplemental policies form the entire agreement.

• Rights may be assigned; unenforceable provisions are severable.

• Governed by English law; courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

• Third-party rights do not apply, except for app distributors.
