Online Store Terms and Conditions & Returns and Refunds Policy

 

1. Ordering

1.1 Order Confirmation
When you place an order with Shake, By Samantha™, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and that you have permission to provide them. By placing an order, you enter a contract with Shake, By Samantha™. Payment will be taken at the time of ordering. You will receive an email confirming your order once it has been processed.

1.2 Eligibility
Orders may only be placed by individuals aged 18 or over, using valid card details from a registered bank. Orders must be placed by the cardholder or with their permission.

2. Payments

2.1 Payment Methods
Payments can be made directly through our online store.

2.2 Adding Items
To add items to an existing order, place a new order online or contact us using the details in Section 1.1.

3. Availability

3.1 Stock & Collection
Orders are collected from your Shake, By Samantha™ instructor at class once stock is available. If items are out of stock, you will be notified with an estimated timescale for availability. Partial orders will be available for collection as items arrive.

3.2 Cancellation Rights
Shake, By Samantha™ reserves the right to cancel or reject orders due to:

• Out-of-stock or discontinued products

• Incorrect address or delivery outside our zone

• Incorrect billing information

• Fraudulent activity

• Website errors

• Force majeure

 

4. Delivery

Orders will be available for collection from your class once stock arrives. You will be notified if any items are unavailable (see Section 3.1).

 

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Eligibility
Refunds or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

5.2 Eligible Items

• Unwanted goods in perfect condition, unworn/unused, with original packaging intact

• Faulty items received

Not eligible: Items that are damaged, worn, or missing parts not due to our error.

5.3 How to Return Items
Contact us (see Section 1.1). Returns must be processed outside teaching hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5.4 Late or Missing Refunds
Check your bank or credit card first. If a refund is delayed, contact your bank, then us, if necessary (Section 1.1).

5.5 Exchanges
For exchanges (size, colour, or style), return items at class. Alternative items will be brought to the next class or when available, subject to Section 5.2 eligibility.

5.6 Processing Time
Returns will be processed within 10 working days. Refunds will typically be credited within 3–5 business days, or cash refunds will be provided at your next class.

 

6. Online Store Privacy Policy

6.1 Collection of Information
When purchasing from our store, we collect personal information including name, address, email, sizes, and preferences.

6.2 Consent
By providing personal information, you consent to its use for completing transactions, verifying payments, arranging delivery/returns, and related purposes. Information will not be used for marketing without consent.

Users under 18 may use the site only with parental consent. Purchases must be made by an adult.
